Shipping Info

All orders are processed and shipped 1-2 business days after they are ordered from Philadelphia, PA via FedEx. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships, so you'll know exactly when you'll be receiving your order.

Ground shipping will be free, and should take 3-7 business days to reach your location.

Next day, 2nd day, and 3 day shipping are all guaranteed to arrive within one, two, or three business days, respectively.

Return Policy

If you're unhappy with your product, you are entitled to return it for a full refund within 45 days of the date that it was delivered to you. Email us on the attached form and we'll get you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and tell you how to send the product back to us. 

Because we offer free shipping for our outgoing items, we are unable to provide shipping costs for returns.

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept bedding that has been used, and we reserve the right to charge restocking fees for products that appear heavily used.
